What do you want for Festivus?

TV Squad writer Jason Hughes knows what he wants this holiday season. He wants Caprica to be as good as Battlestar Galactica. Caprica to be as good as Battlestar Galactica was, or at least close. It doesn't have to be the same, as I know it's not, but it has to keep me on the edge of my seat and leave me contemplating theories and hovering in anticipation before each new installment.

Small Screen Scoop Reviews Caprica’s Pilot

Jessico over at Small screen Scoop posted her review of the two hour Pilot episode of Capirca. She said that she gone into watching without ever seeing Battlestar Galactica, nor a huge fan of Sci Fi (though she admits to liking Heroes and Dollhouse). She says the huge draw for her giving this show a tryout was Jane Espenson’s involvement in the series. While I’ll hold steady to my belief that watching the show without knowing anything is a really interesting way to introduce yourself to the...

Caprica Episode 2 Title

Just learned that the title of the second episode (which is actually #103 in the filming chronological order) is “Rebirth.” Of course, we sort of saw the rebirth of Zoe at the end of the Pilot Part 2 when she assumed the body of the prototype Cylon. Perhaps the rebirth is also referring to the resurgence of the religious sect, The Soldiers of the One,that Zoe and her bomber boyfriend Ben belonged too.

The two-hour pilot is now available to watch. Does Caprica have an Ending?

I remember when this tv show was first announced I was somewhat confused about what it would be about. They had told us it was going to happen just when the Cylons were created and center around two families, the Adams (Adama if you prefer) and the Graystones. Next to nothing else was mentioned of what the overall arc of the series would be. io9, a geeky website asks the question, “Do we know how Caprica Ends?” The article goes on to say that we might already know how Caprica ends, with the be...

Watch the Pilot Episode of Caprica

Hulu.com in coordination with syfy has posted the extended pilot of the soon to be hit television program Caprica online. Yes I know it’s too early to say that this show is going to be hit. But the show was created by the evil genius himself Ron D. Moore and it takes place in the same universe that the popular Battlestar Galactica does. Do i see it becoming a pop culture icon that BSG has become, no I do not. I think the audience will mature and probably level off quickly, as opposed to BSG wh...
